B180 Basketball begins to improve your basketball IQ by having the individual look at the training calendar and workout sessions. By looking at the written version of a workout, then looking at the same workout in a picture version, the player is then constantly visualizing themselves performing the drill. A very detailed and skill focused program and workout session. During the first 30 days a foundation is set. Then the next 30 days pushes you to the max! Workout sessions last about 1hr to 1 ½ hour. First 30 Days

Skills Test- This skill test is given twice during the first 30 days. Individuals are able to check their progress and challenge themselves to improve. The workouts in this session push you to get results.

Spot Skill Development-The workouts in this session challenges a player to develop the skill and habit of getting to the basket quickly, using midrange scoring effectively, and developing proper footwork to outperform your competition.

Pure Shooting-This is it! If you want to become a lights out shooter from anywhere on the court, then this workout session will deliver. In this session you will be challenged to become a more consistent shooter and a shooter that thrives under pressure.

Perimeter & Post Footwork– An all-around player is hard to find. This workout session lays the foundation to make you become unstoppable.

Defense & Free Throws- To complete your game, stopping the offensive player in key situations is a must. Making free throws is too. This workout session delivers a blueprint to make it happen for you.

Ball Handling Wisdom- This session puts you on your way to developing serious handles and court vision. If you want it, go get it.

The Next 30 Days

Footwork & Ball Handling- This workout session will make you a believer in your own abilities. You will be challenged to improve your basketball IQ, ball handling, and footwork to the max in this session.

Skills Test-This skill test is given three times over the next 30 days. Individuals are able to check their progress and challenge themselves to improve. The workouts will demand you to get results.

Level II Spot Skill Development- The intensity and demand is raised even higher. This workout session is tailored for you to become an Elite Basketball Player!
